SCOPE OF WORK:
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations.
- Support tax filing and maintain proper tax documents.
- Work with tax authorities when required.
- Prepare and submit official letters/documents to the tax office.
- Follow up with the tax office on submitted documents and pending issues.
- Check and support e-invoice issuance in accordance with tax regulations.
- Collect, review, and file tax invoices and supporting documents.
- Record AP expenses and ensure proper supporting documents are attached.
- Check payment documents and support weekly payment preparation.
- Follow up AP balances and support vendor reconciliation when required.
- Support tax finalization and tax audit preparation.
- Provide tax documents and information upon request from management or authorities.
- Perform other tax/accounting-related tasks assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in tax accounting, AP accounting, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and VAS.
- Experience with tax filing, e-invoice, and ERP systems is preferred.
- Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Audit background is an advantage.
