Responsibilities:
- Enable easy shopping flow: optimize store entrance, windows, category zones, and high-traffic hot spots/hero tables.
- Ensure clear visibility & communication: high readability at distance, clear benefit messaging, and production feasibility/cost efficiency.
- Deliver core VM toolkits: price cards, showcards, shelf talkers, backing cards, end-cap/category visuals, and window display sets.
- Build a scalable VM system across stores: category navigation, brand blocks, and promotional zoning that can be reused and rolled out chain-wide.
- Coordinate execution & standards: align with internal teams and vendors, maintain VM asset library/standards, and support procurement via a qualified 3rd-party.
Requirements:
- Must have 4 – 5 years in Visual Merchandising Design and/or Retail Experience Design.
- Strong understanding of shopper behavior, including how customers navigate, discover, compare, and decide in-store.
- Strong understanding of physical retail constraints, such as space, traffic flow, lighting, safety, installation limits, and operational realities.
- Beauty/lifestyle retail knowledge, with familiarity in category logic, brand presentation, and fast-changing trend cycles.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating in-store storytelling, VM systems/toolkits, and navigation & zoning solutions.
- Good command of English.
