Responsibilities:
- Build and own a holistic monthly/quarterly activation calendar that integrates promotions, commercial pushes, marketing/brand activations, and in-store events to deliver traffic targets.
- Partner closely with the Commercial Team to finalize mechanics, focus SKUs, funding/co-investment, and sell-out goals for each campaign.
- Lead end-to-end in-store activation execution across stores (concept to rollout), ensuring operational feasibility, staff readiness, and strong customer experience.
- Manage partners and execution assets (agencies/vendors, POSM/VM, logistics) to deliver on-time, on-standard deployment and quality control.
- Track performance and optimize continuously using traffic uplift, incremental sales, and key learnings to improve the next activation cycle.
Requirements:
- Must have 4 – 6+ years of experience in Trade Marketing / Shopper Marketing / Retail Activation / Event execution, preferably in a retail chain environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage a monthly/quarterly activation calendar that integrates promotions, commercial priorities, and in-store activations to drive store traffic.
- Strong track record of working closely with a Commercial Team to deliver focus SKU sell-out targets, secure funding/co-investment, and align campaign mechanics.
- Hands-on capability to lead multi-store execution end-to-end (vendors/agencies, POSM/VM rollout, store readiness, on-site coordination) with high-quality on-time delivery.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize based on traffic uplift, sales impact, and execution compliance (report and post-campaign review).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for planning and budget tracking; ability to read BI dashboards is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken) for cross-functional alignment and vendor/brand negotiations.
