RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply Planning:
- Calculate and propose purchase quantities aligned with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and budget objectives.
- Monitor and process purchase order proposals from initiation to completion.
- Calculate and allocate ordered quantities to channels/stores for direct ordering cases.
- Handle issues related to purchase orders (quantity, purchase price, promotions, FOC items)
- Track and update the progress of purchase orders.
- Evaluate supply performance, propose and execute improvement initiatives.
Demand forecasting:
- Analyze data to determine product demand (active items, renewal items, new items) by channel/store.
- Evaluate forecast accuracy, analyze forecast variances, and implement improvement actions.
Return to Vendor:
- Plan and execute returns to vendors in accordance with return policies and ad-hoc requirements.
- Monitor and resolve issues during the return process, ensuring compliance with timelines and procedures.
- Propose process improvements to enhance execution efficiency.
Reporting & Process Development:
- Develop and optimize reports and tools to improve work efficiency.
- Collaborate to develop and refine internal and cross-functional operational processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Female only.
- Possess knowledge and experience in supply chain/demand forecasting.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; candidates from the Retail industry are preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Positive communication skills with flexibility in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable at work.
