SCOPE OF WORK:
- Develop and implement promotion programs on e-commerce platforms to drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and control promotion budgets (discount, GWP, vouchers) according to plan, while monitoring cost efficiency and optimizing ROI for each program.
- Accurately forecast demand and coordinate with the supply chain to secure inventory for sales targets, ensuring sustainable stock availability to support campaign execution.
- Partnership Management:
- Internal: Coordinate with other teams within the E-commerce division to ensure programs are delivered on schedule, especially with the Marketing team to optimize traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- External: work with partners (KAM, MCN, KOLs, etc.) to execute brand promotional programs aimed at achieving revenue targets, enhancing brand visibility, and improving business performance.
- Track, analyze, and report business performance, providing insights to optimize effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Marketing, etc.
- Must have 2 ~ 3 years of experience in E-commerce.
- Strong ability in planning, executing, managing and optimizing sales campaigns across multiple platforms ( Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and website).
- Skill in inventory management: planning, forecasting, and ensuring stock availability while maintaining KPIs.
- Deep market knowledge with a strong understanding of products, industry trends, and category development.
- Strong communication, teamwork and handling multiple tasks under high pressure.
