[HCM] Commercial Manager

Responsibilities:

Procurement:

  • Implement and control procurement activities based on company policies and strategies, including:

+ Ensuring achievement of gross sales targets for Overseas brands according to the annual business plan.

+ Identifying product needs based on market analysis and consumer trends.

+ Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting new brands and products to add to the portfolio, ensuring diversity and alignment with the company’s development strategy.

+ Conducting market research to understand consumer trends and guide new product development.

+ Negotiating with suppliers on commercial terms to ensure optimal benefits for the company, including discounts, payment terms, and supplier incentives.

+ Managing and optimizing the gross profit of Overseas brands, ensuring profitability meets or exceeds set targets.

+ Monitoring costs and sales prices to maximize profit performance.

In stock planning:

  • Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other factors to forecast future customer demand.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure optimal stock cover periods for Overseas brand products.
  • Closely monitor and analyze sales performance to adjust purchasing plans, ensuring sufficient stock levels to meet market demand without causing excess or stockouts.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain and relevant departments to create demand forecasts, adjusting stock levels appropriately to ensure sufficient product availability across stores and sales channels.

Activation/Campaign/Promotion:

  • Develop promotion programs such as discounts, gift offers, product bundles, or exclusive customer incentives.
  • Plan and implement promotional programs and product activations to attract customers and increase sales.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as International Trade, Economics, Commerce, etc.
  • Proficient in English (required).
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel
  • In-depth Understanding of International Markets: Knowledge of consumer trends and cultural nuances in each international market to adjust product and approach strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of Managing Multinational Product Portfolios.
  • Ability to analyze data from various markets, identify opportunities and challenges to adapt the product portfolio accordingly.
  • Ability to build consistent global product positioning strategies.
  • Skills in Analyzing and Managing Profit, Costs Related to Products and Marketing Campaigns.
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • Continual Analysis of Market, Product Categories, and Trends.
