RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demand forecasting: Analyze data to determine product demand (including active and renewal items).
Supply Planning:
- Calculate and propose purchase quantities aligned with demand forecasts.
- Monitor and process purchase order proposals from initiation to completion.
- Allocate ordered quantities to channels/stores for direct ordering cases.
- Handle issues related to purchase orders (quantity, pricing, promotions, FOC items).
- Track and update purchase order progress.
Return to Vendor:
- Execute returns to vendors in accordance with policies and ad-hoc requests.
- Monitor and resolve issues during the return process, ensuring compliance with timelines and procedures.
Reporting & Process Development:
- Prepare and update regular reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support improvements of reports and processes under guidance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; candidates with retail industry experience are preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of BI tools and forecasting methodologies is an advantage.
- Possess knowledge and experience in demand forecasting, supply planning, and product distribution.
- Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Positive communication skills with flexibility in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
